Health Service Directory (HSD)
The HSD is the master directory of health, social and disability services in Victoria and includes a dataset of contact details for General Practitioners.
Purpose of HSD
- Provides access to accurate up to date health, social and disability service information in Victoria;
- Acts as a central directory database for health servcies across the State and therefore many hospitals rely on HSD for GP cmmunication.
Ballarat Health Services utilises downloads from the HSD registry to update the IBA PAS system and the internal GP contact list. Your local GP Division regularly provides up dated information to the HSD. If your GP contact details change please inform your local GP Division promptly.
